In order to join the program, just click "Create a store account". Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.

Can I earn Weldcoins if I purchase on other platforms?
No, We currently do not support points redemption if you purchase from other platforms.
Where can I find the rewards I have redeemed?
To view your redeemed rewards, log in to your account on the page, and you will see your redemption history. For further assistance, please contact us at support@arccaptain.com.
How can I earn WeldCoins?
You can earn **WeldCoins** by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on "Rewards" tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.
How can I spend my WeldCoins?
Its very simple and straightforward. Just click on "Rewards" tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your **WeldCoins** for. So you can greatly boost your savings
I purchased the product but did not receive WeldCoins
Sometimes the system fails, please contact us by email at support@arccaptain.com and provide the order number, we will help.
How long are the weldcoins I received valid for?
Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned. Make sure to use your points before they expire.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
What happens to my points if I return a product?
If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
